GENEVO MAX NZ NEW GENERATION
RADAR DETECTOR

I have been using Genevo Max for 3 years and I consider it a true friend. The fact that it is frequently updated and the efficient technical support gives me confidence.
Recently I received new pretious informations about the right settings for some European countries where I travel frequently.

I wanted the best detector with passive and GPS locations. After months of researching i bought the Max. At first I was unhappy but after contacting Genevo they sent me recommended UK settings, I changed the settings and now im over the moon with the Max. Well worth the money as its the best for the UK, USA models are cheaper but do not perform in the UK.

I recently bought a Genevo max and have made two long trips through France to the UK and one down into Spain and not a single flash! This will not only save you money (and maybe your licence) but it means you can spend all your time concentrating on the road and not looking for cameras thus making your driving safer. Great value for money.

The device is very neat, looks to be high quality. The installation and update was smooth. Loading the application into the PC and updating the device was smooth. The device is very neat, looks nice to use. What I’ve used it indoors, it’s easy to use and the colour screen is good, very readable. So far I’ve not tested it on the roads, as it is illegal on the roads in my country. I can't tell about the radar detection performance in real life, but this device is supposed to be the best radar detector for European environment.

The sales and support are extremly helpful. They respond very promptly and knowledgably to any question.

I can recommend this device to anybody wanting the top-notch radar detector in Europe.

Purchased a Genevo Max back when it was 1st released(2020), and it has saved me multiple times against Multaradar, multanova, and all the redflex stationary cameras.

Service always excellent with prompt quick replies and even after years of ownership, recently had to send unit back which was fixed within a few days and sent back to me free of charge!

Had to have my detector repaired after my son tamperd with it,(although he wont admid it)
I sent it from Iceland to Genevo in Prag, the warranty was void but they sent it quickly repaired with minimum cost.

Had this for a year now, customer services are excellent and always responding to my questions and help me set up for UK. The unit is solid, well built and always alerts me to any devices including the new G4s.
Minimum false alerts and complete with GPS places police hide with vans. The average speed camera function is great as it gives you a green bar to make sure your within the average speed guides so if its a 50mph and you do 53 then 49 it gives you your average speed so your aware

All spanish points in thousands of kilometers, so far, detected. I've tried different brands, and it is the most reliable. Take care of your money. Thanks

Detector gets nice updates which reduce false alarms. Range could be better it feels just not enough if driving on the hills and corners over 100kmh. NO DIRECTION ARROWS is biggest problem of this product, many of competiors have them at this price range and even cheapers. Still reliable and detects all of the speed cameras even if they are old and empty.

The Genevo Max is a seriously impressive radar detector, especially for driving around New Zealand. It’s compact, easy to set up, and the display is super clear, even in bright sunlight. On everything from motorways to back-country roads, it picks up speed cameras, red light cams, and police radar well ahead of time. What’s great is how it filters out a lot of the usual false alerts you’d get from things like automatic doors or random signals, which makes driving way less annoying. It’s responsive, accurate, and gives you plenty of heads-up to ease off the gas without feeling like you’re constantly being interrupted.

What really makes the Genevo Max stand out for Kiwi roads is its built-in New Zealand database. It already knows where most fixed cameras and enforcement zones are, and the GPS updates keep it current. You can tweak the settings depending on where and how you drive, which is handy if you're regularly switching between city commutes and open road trips. It’s not the cheapest detector out there, but the build quality, smart features, and how well it works with NZ conditions make it totally worth it if you're looking for solid protection on the road.

Good radar detector, but it could be better, with a mobile app, live, to warn other vehicles, which do not have the radar detector, through bluetooth like the highway radar app, I hope one day this will be possible. thanks

I’ve had a range of high end radars but this one is by far the best in range detection and accuracy out of the lot!

5 mois en france et detecte les radars fixes , mobile embarqué . par l'avant cela commence ? bipper ? 200 - 300 métres.
Pour les laser c'est plus lointain , cela dépend comment vous visse le représentant de l'ordre public.
C'est pas 100% sur mais ca et le waze en // et ça vous sauve un permis....

periple(France ,Allemagne,Autriche) 2700km; tous les hyperfrequences( fixes ,tronçons etc..) ont été detectés , je n'ai pas fais de mise a jour depuis décembre 2019 et tous les radars ont été signalés
la precision est là aussi, bravo. A quand un brouilleur de lazer portable ? la route sera plus sure
un bémol; la fixation par aimant un peu faible surtout avec le fil d' alimentation un peu raide

So far, satisfaction, it works as I expected and I cannot praise the magnetic holder enough. Compared to previous versions, detaching and detaching the detector is a breeze.

Absolutely great detection and from the previous M amazing advancement in practicality (usb from charger, mute gesture, capture gps immediately after startup, etc.). By the way, spoken by a male voice (in Czech), which is absolutely great.

MAXimal satisfaction, fast GPS, small, beautiful design. No false alarms. In a week of operation, I could not wonder how many radars are on the roads :)
